😡I went there myself, and both the owner and manager were rude. The owner doesn't speak to guests properly, and the manager showed no respect either. The service was poor, and the food wasn't good. You'd be better off eating at a dhaba. Don't waste your time or money here if you expect decent food or respectful treatment.😡

I waited half an hour, then was shown two rooms. They were both dirty, with damp walls and none of the basic amenities, and the second had bedsheets stained with bodily fluids. Even though my booking was confirmed, they said no AC room was available when I arrived. The owner was rude when I raised the issue, and refused a refund after I declined to check in. I had to book somewhere else. Avoid this place.

They charged a lot, but even basic services were missing. Cleanliness and courtesy were nowhere to be found, and the atmosphere felt unpleasant and unsafe. Some staff were drinking while on duty, and they even verbally abused guests. Easily the worst hotel experience I've had, and absolutely not worth the money.

What you see in the app is the opposite of what you get here. The receptionist was rude and tried to push a different room on me. He basically said, “Take this one if you want, otherwise leave it.” Don't stay here.
