Welcome Residency by OYO Rooms

The low price, working Wi-Fi, and a decent bathroom geyser were about the only good parts. On arrival, they wanted extra money over some dispute between the hotel and OYO. OYO customer care eventually got me the app rate I’d been promised, so don’t be drawn in by the low price without being ready for that hassle. The room and spotted sheets were dirty, and they wouldn’t give us an extra blanket during Delhi-NCR’s cold winter. The listing also showed AC, but there wasn’t one in the room, which would matter in summer.

The fan wouldn’t even run, and there was no electricity while I was there. I waited two hours for power before checking out, but they still didn’t refund me. The staff were awful too. Very bad hotel, I wouldn’t stay here.

I paid in full through the OYO app after booking ahead at a discount, but the receptionist refused to let me check in because he thought the price was too low. Avoid this place. You deserve better.

I didn’t expect this kind of service at such an affordable price. Welcome residency oyo Hotel was very clean, and I really liked it. The staff were great, and the bed sheet, balcony, TV, and AC were all good. I’ll definitely come back. A really incredible experience.
