The bathroom layout was so awkward that you couldn't sit on the toilet properly, and its cover wouldn't stay upright for men to pee. The bathrooms were extremely dirty, and it seemed they hadn't been cleaned before check-in. The bedsheets and blanket were filthy too. There was no courtesy from the uncouth staff, and room service was out of the question. When I complained about cleanliness, they said it was the best they could do. That tells you what their standards are. This hotel is a blot on the industry. I'm posting this so future guests know what to expect and the hotel might improve. I don't want to curse them.

The rooms are okay, but the complimentary breakfast wasn't acceptable, especially after I'd paid extra. On the first day I asked for breakfast and got cold tea with paratha. The next day they served paratha that seemed to have been refrigerated from the day before, and there was only one portion instead of two. Guests are treated like beggars, yet hotel staff ask for good ratings despite poor, unacceptable service and behavior.

There was no room service, the room wasn't clean at all, and the blankets were filthy. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. Even if someone paid me, I would never stay there again. It's so bad I can't explain it.

My experience at this hotel was very bad. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic, there was no housekeeping staff, and there wasn't even drinking water. I wouldn't recommend staying overnight. It might be okay if you only need a place for two or three hours.
