The property felt neglected and the bathroom was dirty and in very poor shape. We paid ₹1800 for a basic room, and it didn't include even minimum amenities: no hot water, sanitary kits, or towels at first. After asking several times, we got only a ₹5 soap and a torn towel. Then around 10:30 PM, after we'd turned on the AC and gone to bed, staff knocked and made us turn it off, saying an AC room costs ₹2500. That was unacceptable. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and the place isn't worth the price. There are better options nearby for the same or less. Definitely not recommended.

They charged ₹1800 for a basic room, but the bathroom was dirty and in terrible condition, and the property looked neglected. We had no hot water, sanitary kits, or towels to begin with. After repeated requests, all they gave us was a ₹5 soap and a torn towel. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. I wouldn't recommend it, since better places nearby cost the same or less.

For ₹1800, basic things were missing: the non-AC room fan didn't work, there was no towel, and the charging points were out of order. Service was very poor. Worst experience, and I wouldn't choose this hotel.

They charged ₹1800 for a non-AC room with nothing in it. The rooms and service were very bad, and the bathrooms were dirty and badly maintained. There were no showers or hot water.

We came all the way from Tamilnadu for a one-night stay, and it turned chaotic. There was no WiFi, and the heater wasn't working, so apparently nobody in the whole hotel had hot water. It wasn't worth the money. I'd rather cancel my trip than stay here again.
