The owners are lovely, friendly people, and I wish them well. Service was pretty slow, though. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with a big garden, a spacious house turned into a restaurant, and a bamboo house nearby with nice lighting. The furniture could be more comfortable, and they should seriously consider air-conditioning the main building. The food was pretty average, with room to improve both its quality and presentation. A signature dish that stands out from other restaurants would help.

The dining area is the standout for me. Since the place was built as someone's home, it has an artistic feel, and you could sit and relax there for hours. The little lawn adds a peaceful touch, and my room was clean and roomy. I stayed just one day. I booked through Oyo, but the owner wanted extra money because he felt the Oyo payment was too low, so that took away from an otherwise good stay.

The service is what made this such a bad choice for my friend's three-day wedding reception. The place could be affordable and look nice for functions, but the owner kept coming over to tell us what we could and couldn't do. We'd paid and discussed everything beforehand, so having so many issues come up afterward was frustrating. The service and the place in general fell well short of what we expected.

The property looks lovely, and the location is good, right in town. My room was spacious, but it wasn't very clean. The bathroom was dirty too, the geyser didn't work, and the basin tap was faulty. Management were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, so I wouldn't recommend staying here.
