The service is worthless, yet they charge like a good hotel. The AC connection barely works, the pump runs out of water, and the Television Set Top Box hasn’t been recharged. When I asked the Manager, he said he was only an employee and couldn’t do anything. The owner seems like a VVIP who can’t be reached. Apparently a customer should feel obliged just to be allowed to stay, then adjust to the poor service and unprofessional staff. What can the Manager do, according to him?

The front desk is painfully slow, with every request taking at least 20 minutes, and we spent two days without working TV channels even though I mentioned the recharge at check-in. There was also a serious water shortage in the morning, with dry taps when we needed water most. The AC didn’t cool properly, and no technician came despite repeated complaints. For this price, that’s unacceptable. Management should sort out water, AC, and staff training before taking bookings. I won’t recommend it or return.

The rooms were clean and the location was good. The hotel and its employees provided very good service. Highly recommended.

It’s a new residency with spacious rooms and a clean, homely feel. The workers look after the residents, and Moitri helped and guided me the whole time 🥰
