The caretaker was very hospitable, and the location was good, but the rooms were really poor. Cleaning wasn’t done properly, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the bedcovers smelled. The kettle was dirty too, with smelly, mouldy cumin seeds left boiled by the previous occupants. For more peace, choose an upper floor, since ground floor rooms open onto the dining hall and can be noisy.

The place was very clean and absolutely worth the money. I had an amazing stay. Mintu and Ankur took great care of everything.

The room had a great atmosphere, and the property was very clean and well cared for. Two young staff members provided outstanding, attentive service, including taking good care with the complimentary breakfast. A highly commendable experience.

The hotel and room service were awful. We asked for an extra pillow and only got it an hour later, after several reminders. Lunch took over an hour to arrive, our request for fewer vegetables in the noodles was handled in the opposite way, and tea ordered at 5:30, tea time, came an hour later. Staff shortages are a concern the resort management needs to address, especially since we had booked weeks ahead. The food wasn’t up to the mark either. The place itself is well maintained, with excellent ambience and cozy rooms that have a bath tub and hair dryer. The spa was a little expensive, though the service was good. It’s on the outskirts of the city.
