After travelling all night, I arrived for my confirmed OYO booking, but they refused to check me in unless I paid extra. They charged more even though I'd already paid through OYO. A horrible experience and a terrible property. They have 0 athiti devo vabha.

I got there at 11 p.m. with no other real option, so I ended up taking a room even though there were cockroaches in both rooms. I saw three in one room, and the other had the same issue. There were mosquitoes too, and the room service was bad and unprofessional. Don't stay here or book online, even if the price looks low. They won't let you stay unless you pay three times the online price, so be prepared to have your night spoiled.

We booked through Oyo, but when we arrived they demanded extra money and wouldn't let us stay until we paid. Since it was late and we had little time to find another hotel, we had no choice. They refused to give us a receipt for the extra payment, then marked us as No Show on Oyo. Stay away. They are cheaters and might be running some scams.

After I paid in full online, they rudely refused to check me in and suggested I take an offline room at a much higher price. I still haven't received my refund. The service was the worst, and I strongly don't recommend this trash room.
