The reception smelled as soon as we walked in, and I immediately canceled my plans to stay there and booked another property. When I arrived for a one-day booking, the receptionist said I'd come to the wrong place and told us we could leave. They also have three different names for the property, which confuses people. It was the worst experience ever. 👎🏻👎🏻

The environment feels like home, and everyone will love it. The staff are very good and humble, and the hotel is so friendly. I definitely want to visit again.

Hotel NE Residency used to be here, but OYO has taken it over as IR Luxuria. It's close to the Highway and convenient to stay at, though first timers may find it confusing. The Google location came to the rescue. The staff were extremely well behaved and friendly, the room was great and well maintained, and the interiors, ambiance, and hygiene were all lovely. Room service was great, and the food was too good. There's also a dining area and a private seating area right by the room. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

The service and response from the hotel are really good, and the rooms are pretty good for the price. Booking through the oyo app was a great user experience. It's a good place for couples, and the staff are friendly with them and make sure they don't feel awkward.

Getting there was bad, and the place itself is kept like a rathole. The whole experience was awful. I wouldn't recommend visiting.
