Getting clean sheets and pillow covers took us asking again and again, even though that should be their responsibility. The receptionist was very rude and didn't know how to treat customers. The service was awful, and this is the worst hotel I've experienced in Guwahati. I'd tell people to stay away.

The railway station is an easy walk from here, and the location is very nice. Prices are reasonable, the staff are good, and it's a very nice hotel to stay in.

The manager and staff were abusive and seemed intoxicated. There were illicit activities in other rooms too. A complete waste of money, this was the worst hotel.

Friendly staff, good service, and a clean place. I had a nice stay and would strongly recommend it.

For a hotel business, staff should behave well, but the way they acted here didn't feel like hotel staff behavior at all. Not good.
