We were worn out after a medical issue had delayed us, and our train was running a few hours late. I'm an army officer's child, and we found this hotel while we were exhausted. The online price and the rate at the property were different, and they were charging us much more than expected, like the prices at four- or five-star hotels. We were tired and just wanted a room, so we accepted. We paid for the whole night and left at 5:40, since our train was due around checkout time. We'd asked for four bottles of water and paid for the room, but then they wanted extra money for the bottles. The MRP was 20, yet they charged 40, which I believe is a crime and could get someone jailed. They abused us and tried to hit us. I've complained about them at the police station. Avoid this kind of hotel. The people around there are cheap too.

The staff had a really bad attitude, and the place was damp, with leaks and a dirty washroom. I never want to stay here again. If you ask me, don't book it.

The location is the main thing going for this just-okay hotel. The bus stand and railway station are only about a minute away on foot. My room was clean and fine, though the washroom needs improvement. The food was good.

We arrived to find the Wi-Fi down, and the staff barely cooperated during our stay. I'd booked a deluxe room, but it was quite small and had only basic amenities. There was a window AC, though its remote didn't work. I stayed on the 31st after seeing the reviews, and honestly, I don't understand the good rating.

There were lots of cockroaches and bed bugs, and the staff were rude. The TV and hot water both failed. I stayed here before and hoped something would have changed, but nothing had. I'd complained about the TV from check-in, and the attached proof shows the timing. Don't waste your money here. The railway waiting rooms would be better. I wish I could give a negative rating.
