Hotel D Courtyard

The manager was rude, and the breakfast didn't feel worth the price. Our room was dirty and had a lot of mosquitoes, and it looked nothing like the photos. Really bad experience.

We spent one night here with family, and the rooms were bad. The AC was broken. Dinner was the worst part. It was included in our tour package, but there were very few dishes and they all tasted bad. They knew it was complimentary and still made us wait an hour. Staff left after putting out very little food, so each time we wanted more, we had to walk over and ask, and they served it reluctantly. They also turned off the restaurant AC while we were eating. As we were leaving, another family arrived and the AC was suddenly switched back on. I guess their dinner wasn't complimentary. The whole stay was awful.

The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. When we raised concerns, they responded carelessly and brushed them aside. Hygiene and cleanliness were poor across the property, and the service fell far short of what we expected. A very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, respectful visit.

The location is pretty good, but the service was poor, and I wouldn't eat the breakfast here. The food quality is bad, and if you don't like what's served, you're left having to eat food that's also bad and unhealthy. Customer service is lacking. I'd look for another property in the area.
