The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. You can tell they care about hygiene and guests. The food was amazing too, full of flavor and satisfying. One of the best meals I had on my trip. A wonderful stay, highly recommended for visitors!

The restaurant food was poor, and the waiters were highly unprofessional, with little basic hospitality or customer service knowledge. Over five days, I booked two rooms and not once did anyone clean them. The toilets weren't cleaned, bins weren't emptied, and nobody offered or asked about room service during the whole stay. The location near ISBT, Guwahati is convenient, but service, cleanliness, and professionalism all failed badly. It felt like "He'll City". Not recommended unless things improve significantly.

Hotel Dream City can be a decent budget to mid-range choice near ISBT in Guwahati. The price and convenience balance well enough if you're comfortable with modest expectations for the finer details.

The location is the only good part. Room cleanliness, food, and room service were all very poor.
