Hotel Rajmahal

The hotel’s facilities and hospitality went beyond what I expected. I was greeted warmly, and check-in was easy. The room was spotless, well furnished, and had modern comforts including fast Wi-Fi, a spacious bathroom, and 24-hour room service. There was plenty to enjoy, from the swimming pool and fitness center to the spa. The restaurant had a varied, delicious menu, and breakfast included lots of healthy choices. Security was good, and convenient parking made things easier. The attentive staff and welcoming atmosphere make this a comfortable, convenient option for both work and leisure. I highly recommend it. 💕💕

The pure vegetarian food was a highlight of my stay at HOTEL RAJMAHAL GUWAHATI, and it was delicious and carefully prepared. At the restaurant, Mr Madan Kalita and dimeswar were attentive and polite, making each meal comfortable and enjoyable. My thanks also to Chef Mr Anupam for the consistently excellent meals and warm hospitality. Mr. Manas Banerjee, the General Manager, gave personal attention to guest satisfaction, and his leadership shows in the hotel’s smooth running and courteous staff. The hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality, with a convenient location in the heart of Guwahati near business areas and major attractions. I had a highly satisfying stay and found it great value for money. I strongly recommend Hotel Rajmahal, Guwahati for work or leisure, and hope to return. Thank you for the remarkable service. Stay date 4th may 2026, room number 611, room category super deluxe. Rajmahal was a disappointment from check-in onward. The bathroom drainage was so poor that every shower flooded it, leaving dirty water to wade through to get out. Cockroaches were in the room, the floor was dirty, and the wardrobe was too filthy to use. The towels were stained and grimy, like they’d been used to wipe shoes. The bedsheet and pillow covers were stained too. When we complained, housekeeping casually said all their sheets were stained and they didn’t have clean ones. The photos of the linen were taken after they changed it for me. The TV didn’t work properly, and we had to beg for basic things like fresh linen or cleaning. The room felt unhygienic and badly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend it or return.

A big lobby, nice rooms, tasty food, good breakfast, and quick service. Hotel Raj Mahal lives up to its name as a good hotel, with well appointed rooms and a good location. It’s a pure veg hotel, though food prices are a bit high.
