The food was just average, and room service was so-so.

The location is tucked into a residential area, quite far from the main spots. We were told there'd be a kettle and tea bags, but neither was provided. Breakfast starts at 8:30, which doesn't work well if you're heading out early, especially since it's already light around 4:30 in the morning in Guwahati. We booked for a family but were given a single bed, and the bathroom door had no lock. The room itself was okay.

The food was tasty and good quality, with a home-cooked feel, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. A department store on the ground floor is a handy extra, and there's also a restaurant. The staff were all very cooperative, which made it a comfortable place for families and other guests. It's 8 km from Kamakhya junction. Thanks to the team for a nice stay. 👍🥳🎉

I paid ₹1680/- for one person, which felt wildly overpriced for this room. I'd put its value at around 500-600 max, so I left within 10 minutes of checking in and found somewhere else. The AC began rattling loudly within two minutes, then threw water out for about a minute. The first room had just been cleaned, but smelled awful; the caretaker showed me another that smelled a little better, though its walls were in poor shape. The power went out as soon as I entered the building. I booked expecting a good hotel because Treebo was associated with it, but the place was horrible.
