The staff were polite and courteous, and the food was good. They even let us stay a bit past checkout because our train was delayed, which is why I gave an extra star. Otherwise, the service was slow, the bedsheets were unclean, and they didn't provide toiletries. It's essentially a home turned into an OYO, and the narrow roads make the place hard to find. I would have rated it three stars.

I booked OYO 10912 NIRMAN RESIDENCY through the OYO app and got a very low price with a coupon. The rooms were clean and nice, and I was happy with the room service. The people there were helpful and pleasant, and I enjoyed my stay. It's a guest house in Hatigaon, behind Little Flower School, in a less developed part of Guwahati City and set back from the main road. That made it quiet, with no traffic disturbance, and the price was affordable.

Making instant hotel bookings here feels misleading to guests. This is a private residence converted into a hotel, in a very tucked-away spot. The road is in poor shape and so narrow that two vehicles can't pass each other.

Finding the place in the zigzag of streets was difficult, and the staff didn't seem to care about guests. It's in a residential area with OYO rooms. For every meal, the only choice was butter and bread. A bad experience 😔😔😔
