The attendant, Bikram, was genuinely helpful and polite, and I don’t blame him for the owner’s actions. The owner was pleasant on the phone during my stay, but at checkout he ignored my calls and seemed to be trying to run away. I’d have considered returning if he’d discussed the payment fairly, but after that experience, no way. It felt like a complete scam. Finding the place was difficult: the owner had put the wrong location on Google Maps, apparently to avoid inspections, and there was no signboard out front, so you have to call him. The room was in terrible condition, with unclean bedding, a broken wardrobe, and a door that wouldn’t close. They said thieves had broken in and damaged the wardrobe. The water supply was delayed while the tank filled, the pump was faulty, and the bathroom geyser didn’t work. They also charged extra on top of what I’d paid through OYO, GOIBIBO, or another booking site. For example, the room rent was INR 1600 although OYO showed INR 500-800. Even after paying 800 online, I had to pay the remaining amount at checkout. There’s no zero-star option, so I reluctantly gave one. Book at your own risk.

We had to leave right away because the room was in such poor shape. It was dirty, the bedsheet and quilt were stained, the bathroom leaked and had no bucket, and the walls and wardrobe were in terrible condition. OYO had the wrong location listed, and they asked for extra money to send the correct one.

I booked online through OYO, but the staff refused to give me a room unless I paid extra. They had also shared the wrong location. That’s completely unprofessional. I was very disappointed. Worst hotel, staff, and experience. Don’t come here.

I was coming from Uttar Pradesh when I stopped here. The staff seemed drunk, refused to give us a room, misbehaved with my wife, and asked for twice the money. The rooms were very poor, with broken bathroom appliances. Terrible staff behavior. Don’t visit.
