The bathroom is tiny, and there’s no single-bed room. They gave us no towel, soap, cold water, or bathroom tissue, and said they simply don’t provide tissue when we asked. The bedsheets looked dirty, and we even had to ask for a dustbin. After showering, water came into the room through the gap beneath the bathroom door. Service was extremely unprofessional, and the place looks super cheap. The rates are far too high for what you get.

The room was full of mosquitoes, and the staff didn’t behave as I expected. Even though I’d booked an AC room two or three days ahead, the AC wasn’t working. They told me I could stay in a non-AC room or cancel right then and find another hotel. It made for an unforgettable night, but I’d never recommend this hotel. It feels like they’re fooling people and looting customers.

I paid 395 through the OYO app, but the staff charged me another 500 rupees, saying they were no longer bound by OYO. They were rude, and the toilet and bath area was far too small. It was a bad stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this lodge.

The one thing I liked was that whenever I asked for hot drinking water, they brought it. But the customer service wasn’t good enough, and the way they spoke to customers was really unpleasant. They should learn how to behave. The price is unreasonably high.
