The location near the zoo was good, and the service was good too. I had a good stay. Some rooms were small and the furniture was old, though the rooms were otherwise good. I also liked the breakfast buffet.

In Room No. 306, the washroom commode was loose and moved when I tried to use it. I called reception right away. The receptionist asked unnecessary questions instead of handling the problem professionally, and when I asked him to come see it, he behaved badly and used abusive language. He ended the call saying ‘Bhag’.

I only visited the upstairs hall for an occasion. It was well kept, with good food and service, and there was ample parking.

The room was dusty and poorly maintained, nothing like the online pictures. The sheets looked unchanged, the bathroom smelled musty, and the air conditioner barely worked. Reception ignored several calls about it, then was rude when someone finally answered. The same receptionist snapped at me the next morning when I asked when breakfast was, telling me to read the signboard. No patience, apology, or basic hospitality, and no sense of accountability. After a long journey, I just wanted to check in smoothly. Instead, the front desk staff were dismissive and arrogant. They rolled their eyes when I asked about my booking and spoke as if I were a nuisance. There wasn't even a greeting or basic courtesy. I've had much better service at budget hotels. The management seems not to care about guests or even minimum professional standards. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or peace of mind. There are better options nearby where guests are treated with respect. For a hotel claiming “great service,” this was a joke. My rating: 0/5. Never again.
