The staff were polite and helpful, and being in Gwalior's main area made the hotel convenient. I booked two rooms for two nights; they were good, and the short stay was comfortable. It's a budget hotel with good value for money, and I had a comfortable stay overall.

My mom and dad had a terrible stay. The staff were so rude, the bedsheets were dirty, and their duplex room had just one towel. There wasn't a kettle in the room either.

The owner gave us extra time to check out so we could work around our train schedule, which I appreciated. A-Park Hotel was a comfortable place to stay in Gwalior with my family. The double bedroom was reasonably priced, the staff were polite, room service was quick, and breakfast was included. I'd recommend it.

A very bad experience. The service was terrible, there was no chilled water or even tissue paper, and the breakfast they made wasn't good quality. I suggest not staying here.

The rooms were dirty and everything seemed old or faulty. I wouldn't recommend this property unless you're forced to book it.
