The room was filthy, and the sheets and pillows were stained and dusty smelling. Staff didn’t provide room service, or even drinking water. At check-in I asked about the restaurant and room service, and the receptionist said food could be brought to the room. But when I called to order, staff rudely told me to go outside and get it myself because nobody would bring it. Their behavior changed completely after check-in, and the room’s condition wasn’t worth the price. I’ve stayed at over 100 hotels, and this was the worst one.

Hotel balaji has tasty food, clean rooms and toilets, and a wonderful owner and staff. It’s the best hotel for service and location in the city of gwalior.
