The location was okay and the room not so great, just okay. You have to call room service at least 5 times to get anything done, and staff say okay but don't follow through. Even for water, I had to call multiple times, and they brought it as if they weren't being paid for the service. The huge menu I had attached turned out to be mostly unavailable. For all 3 days of my stay, only four items were offered: aloo paratha with no aloo stuffing, the worst paratha I've had; poha, the only edible option, though just okay; French fries, also okay; and tea, which was sometimes okay and sometimes bad. The most irritating part was people coming from the banquet hall and knocking on my door at 1 or 2 am. There was no privacy, and anyone could just bump into your room if you left the door unlocked. I'd recommend skipping this hotel if you can. Otherwise, be ready to come without basic services.

The open lawn was a nice feature, with space for CHILDES to play freely. The food was good and came in adequate quantities, and the staff were all nice, polite, and committed to serving guests better. In my opinion, it's a good, affordable choice for a family like mine. I like staying a little away from crowds and noise, and the privacy here is good.

Situated in the main city, Sukh Sagar hotel is easy to get to. Its spacious banquet hall can fit a number of people, making it a great place for parties and family functions. The food was nice, the starters were good, and service was satisfactory. Definitely recommended.

I'm really impressed by the food quality here. It's so tasty, and I don't think another hotel can provide food this good. The staff work hard, and their service is really nice and amazing. I make sure to hold all my parties at this beautiful place to stay.

My marriage was held there last year, and the place was so dirty when we arrived that I, as the bride, had to ask the staff to clean every room. The rooms weren't clean, the food was very bad, and I didn't like the service at all.
