Don't rely on the uploaded photos. The hotel's condition is very poor, and before checkout the staff will ask you for payment three or four times.

The room was badly damaged inside, the staff weren't cooperative, the towel wasn't clean, and there was no shampoo or soap kit. The phone didn't work either. They charge like it's a three-star hotel, and being just one hour late for checkout will cost you five hundred. A very bad experience, so please don't stay there.

A very bad place, and I wouldn't recommend it. The staff were bad and misbehaved when I complained. When I took the issue to the owner, he misbehaved too.

The Google images look very different from what the place is actually like. The whole hotel had water marks, the rooms were stuffy, and the bedsheets and pillows had unpleasant stains. The washrooms were worse than government washrooms, and the staff were awful. I wouldn't recommend staying there even for a minute.

The room rent didn't match the customer satisfaction at all. The washrooms weren't usable and were unhygienic, and the rooms didn't look like the images. I had an AC room, but the AC stopped working at night. I went to reception several times to complain, and they did nothing. At checkout, when I asked for some compensation, they started abusing me badly, saying they were local to Gwalior. A very bad experience. I hope there are better hotels than this one.
