The location, less than 1 km from Gwalior Railway Station, was the only real plus. When I checked in around 8-30 or 9 pm and tried to bathe, there was no water in the bathroom, and the tap knobs didn’t work. The TV remote was out of order, and the pillow cover was torn. The room condition fell short of what I expected, and the food wasn’t anything to brag about either. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The owner was very good to deal with, and the staff helped when I needed to visit places. I stayed for two days and two nights, and the hotel was really good, even though it’s far from the railway station. If you can travel a short distance from the station, it’s a superb OYO Hotel in Gwalior for a very low price. I recommend it. 👉 Please tap like if this review helped you.

The room had a stuffy, pungent smell, the bathrooms were dirty, and paint kept falling off the walls. Staff lacked manners, and I had to wait until I was frustrated at checkout before they gave me a towel. There was no water in the bathroom either. I booked for my family this week, and they quoted 1200 for a room before dropping it to 900 without any negotiation, in peak Summers. This place was so filthy. It seems suitable ONLY FOR BOYS/SOLO/COUPLES WHO WANT A SECRET PLACE. Saving money here means losing your dignity. Be wise.

I booked through Goibibo, but when I arrived to check in, the hotelier refused to give me accommodation, saying the company was showing prices that were too low. After I complained to Goibibo customer care, I got Ambience gwalior hotel for just ₹745.

Hotel Virasat is near Gwalior Station, and I had a good stay. The staff members were polite, the environment was nice, and service was fast. The food was good too, with such big portions that one order is enough to share with your loved ones 🤣😂🤗 👍👍
