Arti Hotel BY WB Inn

Getting a room took an hour, and the one they eventually gave me was damp, filthy, and had a toilet that smelled awful. They only cleaned it after I checked in. I paid Rs.3700.00 per day, and the food was bad and heavy on masalas. They also gave no GST bill. The receptionist and guard were rude, and my driver had to sleep in the car. There was a marriage party with a DJ and loud music, so I couldn’t sleep. The entry road was dug up for construction in April 2024, forcing an extra 3kms drive to get in. A terrible experience. This hotel in Hazipur is a fraud. Never staying here again.

Hotel Arati would be my choice for a function like a marriage, anniversary, or birthday. The building is gorgeous, and it looks even more striking once you step inside. My room was high quality, and the staff were very hospitable and ready to help with anything I needed. I’ve never been fortunate enough to stay somewhere better.

The non-AC room was average for the price, but the environment was peaceful, quiet, and cool.

The food was delicious, and my room was clean and bright. The staff were great, especially the receptionists, who were helpful and behaved very well. I liked this hotel and hope to visit again.
