Basalt Paradise Resort And Spa

Our group of 18 family members gathered here in mid-January, and we had two villas and five rooms to use. It was a really pleasant visit, and we'd gladly come back. Shravan at the front office was helpful, efficient, polite, and accommodating from my first inquiry call right through checkout. Sunil in the restaurant was quick and had a great service attitude. The staff overall deserve kudos. The children's play area could use better maintenance, and the rooms could be a little larger.

We had a great time with the indoor games and discotheque, and the live music from Vishnu Tiwari & Dhruv Mist was wonderful. Their voices and collaboration were lovely. The food tasted superb, the staff service was smooth, and the whole stay was really nice. Definitely worth spending time here.

The poolside views were superb, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Service was good overall. We booked two rooms, though one had issues: the AC wasn't working efficiently and there was a hot water problem. Apart from that, it was a fantastic experience.

The villas were comfortable and well kept, with a nice mix of luxury and a homely feel. Basalt Paradise has a calm, attractive atmosphere, and the clean, peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind, take pictures, and get away from everyday chaos. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the food was really good. We had an amazing stay and felt it was worth it.
