I was here for work and had a good stay. The reception person provided good service, and the rooms have ventilation as well as AC. I was served Gujarati Thali, which was a different experience. The building was partly demolished and in damaged condition, though there is a lift to reach the hotel floor.
The staff were cooperative, and the rooms were cleaner and fresher depending on the area. Food at the separate restaurant was okay, though the choices were limited. We ran into an issue with room availability when checking in early. A cinema hall right outside the hotel door was a bonus. Overall, a pleasant experience.

It works for a low budget hotel, though the rooms need a lot of improvement in service and hygiene. The caretaker was friendly with customers and supportive.
Neither the room nor the food was hygienic. I booked through Oyo after informing them I would arrive at 11 pm, but when I got there the reception said they had no tie-up with Oyo. The Oyo person advised me to pay the hotel's rate, which was higher than the price shown on Oyo, or find somewhere else. By then it was 11:45 pm. I would never book through Oyo again.
