The city center location was good and close to the hotel. Staff were rude, though, and there were service problems, including the water supply and AC. If you aren’t accepting bookings from FabHotel, you should take down your listing and details there. Otherwise, it feels like it’s just a way to charge more than usual.

The food was tasty, and the location was really good. It’s a property right on the road, with a great room.

I’d paid in full and booked a room for May through the Fab group. When I arrived, they first said there were no rooms. I showed them my booking, and then they said I’d booked through Fab, not directly with the hotel. They’re both in Venture, so I don’t understand why they said that. When it came to payment, they told me I still had to pay the room rent. I showed the receipt again, and after about 30 minutes of discussion they finally gave me a room. There was no AC or drinking water, and the bedsheets were awful. Please don’t book this hotel, especially through Fab.

I stayed for two days while returning from my Ladakh trip because I was sick with tiredness, and the hospitality was the best I’ve had. The staff were polite and helpful, and brought everything before time. The place was peaceful, with clean rooms and proper hygiene 😊🙏🏻
