The hotel was quiet at night, with Har Ki Pauri and the ghats about a 10-15 minute drive away. We had a lovely one-night family stay, and the staff were kind and attentive. They even arranged an early breakfast for our temple visit and shared local tips. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the gardens and shared areas were kept in great shape. We especially liked the clean pool, with safe fencing and shaded loungers, so the kids could swim without crowds around. The vegetarian thalis and North Indian food were fresh and full of flavor. A great choice for a family trip.

Ayush was so friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. We came here for dinner as well as accommodation in Haridwar, and the food was good too. I really appreciate all the support and would recommend this place. Wishing the team good luck.

Across our Haridwar and Mussoorie group bookings for more than 1,200 guests at six hotels from 15th December to 18th December 2025, Godwin Hotel, Haridwar stood out for its hospitality. Even though General Manager Mr. Mahesh Verma was away from the hotel, he stayed reachable by phone and helped get issues resolved promptly. Ms. Anita Dobriyal, Front Office Manager, coordinated the departments very efficiently. Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Operations worked smoothly together, keeping communication with our guests and Travel Tree India clear throughout the stay. The rooms and other areas were kept impeccably clean. Food was consistently good, flavorful, and nicely presented, while front office staff were courteous, alert, and quick to help. The team was working with limited staff, but their effort and positive attitude meant service never felt compromised. We rate the experience 9/10 and confidently recommend Godwin Hotel, Haridwar for future Group and F.I.T. bookings. We look forward to working together again.

Anita and Cheetal at the front desk really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and the hospitality from everyone was top notch. We loved the high tea too. The property was nice, and the pool and bathtub in the premium double room made it a memorable stay for our kids. Thanks to the Godwin folks for such a pleasant visit. I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Haridwar or Rishikesh. Until next time! 👍
