“Naam bade aur darshan chote” sums up this stay. For all the name recognition, the hotel had no real maintenance or cleanliness. The experience was very bad. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The service was the biggest problem. I called several times, but nobody responded or came to help, and if something goes wrong, don't expect anyone to listen. Room service was poor, basic amenities were missing, the television didn't work, and the bathroom wasn't properly maintained. The property may look good and is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but my experience didn't come close to even 1-star standards. One of my worst stays, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The location was convenient, and service was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. I'd happily stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

When I had a migraine, the staff looked after me and took me to the hospital when I needed it. The rooms were really clean and came with a bunch of facilities, and the staff were friendly. It was a great day experience. A big shout out to Nitin and the hotel owner Mr Batra for their hospitality.

I paid in full for a SUPER DELUXE ROOM, but the service was awful. The fan made too much noise, and neither the AC nor the TV worked. When I called, they said someone would come back in a few minutes, but nobody showed up. They also refused to change our room, saying there wasn't another one available. Never stay here.
