We checked in around 2:30 am and checked out at 11:50 am on 08/12/2025. The charge was Rs 1200/-. Staff behavior was five stars, while the room ambience and cleanliness were three stars. Parking was available, but the intercom didn't work. Dogs barked nonstop until 6 AM, and we could hear them even from the third floor.

The hotel is okay for a night, though the rooms are very cramped. None of the showers worked. When we asked the owner about it, they said, “There's a mug.” If we're paying for a shower, they should provide one. You can also hear people talking in the next room, so there's no privacy.

The location is convenient, about a short walk from Rawat station and around 2 km before Har ki Pauri. The staff were good, and both the room and bathroom were neat and clean.

The manager even asked for a 10% service charge on the food cash memo, and they try to fool you. Food costs a lot for the amount they serve. The rooms are so compact there's hardly space to move, and the shower didn't work.

The stay was comfortable, with good service and very helpful staff. The hotel is on the main road, near Haridwar railway station. We got a three-bed AC room for Rs. 2500/night. There's a lift, a kitchen, and room service.
