Hotel Madhuban-Har Ki Pauri

I’ve stayed at your hotel regularly for the past 7-8 years because I appreciate the services and hospitality. This recent experience with one of the parking staff members was very unpleasant. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, kept blaming us instead of acknowledging his mistake, and spoke very loudly in public. It happened in front of my friends and left us embarrassed and uncomfortable. I didn’t expect this from a hotel with your reputation. As a loyal customer, I’m disappointed because incidents like this can hurt the hotel’s reputation. We’ve always preferred staying here, but we can choose other hotels in Haridwar, and I hope it doesn’t come to that. Please look into this and take appropriate action so other guests don’t have to go through the same thing.

The environment felt unsafe and unhygienic, and I don’t consider this place suitable or safe for female guests. The rooms were in terrible condition, with holes in the walls and no maintenance. The bathroom smelled unbearably foul and was completely unusable. A highly disappointing experience.

We celebrated my son’s first birthday here, and it was a happy, memorable experience. The seating arrangements were apt, with great space and great service. The food was okay. Everyone who attended loved it, and so did I. Great experience.

The staff were very, very supportive, and the hotel was the best I’ve found for cleanliness and hygiene. It’s budget-friendly too, so I must say it’s the best hotel.
