The lift wasn't working, and the staff didn't help us even though we had senior citizens and lots of bags. They were impolite and refused to turn on the AC.

We had a great time here. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were so kind that they let us check in early. Definitely recommend it.

I booked through OYO because the price worked for me, but the room was quite small and the bed was poor quality. There was no handle by the bathroom wash area, and we just managed to get through the night. It's also a bit far from har ki paidi. The helper boy made fun of my mother about her knowledge of Car AC, so I wasn't happy with the staff's behaviour.

I loved staying here for a night. The interior was beautifully designed and well maintained, and the staff were polite and cooperative.

The balcony had an outstanding view, and the room service was amazing. The facility was first class, with a clean room and washroom, plus plenty more.
