The mattress was broken, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were filthy. The rooms were dirty and the washrooms unhygienic, with pathetic service throughout. Rudraksh Inn Hotel in Haridwar charges like a 4-star hotel despite this. It was a total waste of money. Avoid staying here.

Cleartrip canceled my online booking without sending any update. They said the booking hadn't gone through because of a technical issue. What a disgusting experience 😭

The food was disappointing this time. I rated the place highly after my last dinner here, but this meal didn't taste good.
