Even without a room booking, they let us leave our bags there for a few hours when we got stuck with our luggage and had a train to catch. The staff were so helpful and guided us all along our journey from Haridwar to Rishikesh. Really lovely people, and we absolutely loved the stay.

I've come back to this hotel about 4-5 times over the last 2-3 years, and it's been a wonderful stay every time. The place is clean, comfortable, friendly and well managed. The owner is a kind, simple, understanding person who makes sure guests have a pleasant visit. Front desk staff are cooperative, polite, and always ready to help with a smile.

We really enjoyed staying here with my family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, a nice place to relax after a long day, and the rates were reasonable. Staff were professional and supportive, especially the sir at the front desk. It's 400 mtr from railway station, bus station, har ki pauri haridwar, bada baazar, moti market, maya devi temple and Mansa devi temple. Good quality for an economical price.

For this price range, the rooms and service are good. Everyone on staff was polite, humble, trustworthy and helpful. If you want a good stay with transport nearby, I'd recommend this accommodation.

The road in front is narrow, though a cab can still come right to the doorstep. This is a small property close to the Railway Station, with clean, well kept rooms. There's no lift.
