The location worked well, with transport nearby and daily essentials easy to find around the property. Hotel The Heights also has convenient amenities, including WiFi, air-conditioned rooms, a lift, and spacious parking. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant’s ambiance and tasty food. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite, helpful, and coordinated. Comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it.

The owner was humble and decent, which was a big plus, and the staff were nice too. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities. Food prices were the only downside, but eating there is your choice, and that’s fine. Overall, a nice experience. 😀😀

I arrived at 2:30 AM and they helped me right away, with no delay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the staff were polite and supportive. Everything went smoothly. Recommended for the cleanliness, friendly service, and reliable help even late at night.

The rooms can comfortably fit a family of 3-4, with two adults and two children. The staff were friendly and resourceful, and management was professional. Great service and quality at a fairly reasonable price, and a great experience.
