Kush Ganga

We could easily reach the ghat, about 50 m away, for our early-morning Diya visarjan. The manager, Mr. Vivek Gaur, was very good, and the room was clean with good service at an affordable price. A few shopkeepers in the lane had recommended this hotel for those reasons. I had seen a few other places nearby, and some looked very basic. Recommended for a peaceful stay.

The restaurant was a highlight, with tasty food and a beautiful view that made it a lovely place to enjoy a meal. Our room was clean, hygienic, and well maintained, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Monti and the whole Kush Ganga team for their warm hospitality and support. Hotel Kush Ganga in Haridwar is just a few steps from Har Ki Pauri and the main market. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for a comfortable visit and good dining.🙏

The room was extremely cold, and keeping it warm cost an extra 2000 units, which I found unreasonable. The water heater could barely provide enough for one person to bathe before needing a 20-30 minute wait. The accommodation was notably cramped even for a couple, and the proprietor or manager seemed impatient with questions and service requests. We also had to ask specifically for basics like toothbrushes and toothpaste. I don't think this place meets three-star hotel standards.

The staff's behavior and service would make me stay here again. Their team even brings your luggage over on a manual cart, since autos, battery vehicles, and cars can't enter and you have to walk about 250-300 metre to reach the hotel, crossing Hathi Pool for easier access. It's right by Kusha Ghat and Bazaar, with Har ki Pauri only a 2 minute walk away. The staff service is great, and the restaurant team delivers everything quickly. The downsides are that the rooms are small for the tariff and hotel category, and basics such as washroom slippers, a dental kit, and a tea kit should be provided for a 3 star hotel.
