Oyo 30850 Hotel Hira

I booked two rooms through Oyo about two weeks before the trip. At check-in, staff asked how many rooms I needed. When I said two, they quoted 2500 Rs. for one room. I reminded them I'd already booked through Oyo, and they sarcastically asked, “Bhai, can you get a hotel for 2000?” Then they told me to call Oyo and said they had no rooms for us, or for Oyo customers. Oyo asked me to speak with the hotel owner, but the owner told their executive they didn't provide rooms to Oyo customers. Oyo then said to leave and that they'd arrange another hotel for the same booking amount. I waited around four hours and kept calling, but they gave me no useful help. After 4:30 hours, they told me to return to the same hotel, saying it was the only option: check in or cancel, with no refund for that day. I was fed up with their replies, but eventually checked in after tweeting about it with a photo. They called right away, apologized for the inconvenience on their side, and asked me to check in at the same hotel, promising to act if there was still a problem. At night, the hotel staff said the power had gone out for some reason. The next morning my elder brother asked the receptionist to send water to the room, and was told to get it from the fridge upstairs. The staff were awful and kept taunting me, asking why I couldn't find another hotel. My elder sister had a fever that day, so I left to take her to a clinic, and they didn't even offer water. The service was terrible, and they treated customers like beggars.
