Regenta Orko 's Haridwar

The road to the hotel hasn't been built in the last year, so getting there is a bumpy ride. Since the property is on the outskirts of Haridwar, the trip to har ki pari takes 15 minutes, and there's nothing to keep kids occupied. There's no swimming pool or kids' area either. The staff are super friendly, supportive, and helpful. The restaurant is usually busy in the evening, including with locals, and serves non-veg food and alcohol, which is rare in haridwar. That made me feel confident the food would be fresh. The menu isn't huge, but everything served tasted good and came quickly. The buffet wasn't lavish, but the taste was good. Restaurant service was decent, and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are available at decent prices. The rooms are adequate. For a family of four, I'd suggest the royal room, with a sofa bed and a double bed that can fit 4-5 adults without trouble. Meals for two cost 1200-1500 without alcohol, and rooms are 3500-6000.

The staff were cordial, and the rooms were spacious, but the breakfast selection could be improved. It's a fair place for one night. The hotel is far from central Haridwar, which makes frequent trips back and forth difficult.

We held my son's wedding here, and the whole family had a wonderful experience. Mr Hari Om Jee deserves special thanks for his attention to detail, cooperation, and management, which kept the event smooth and stress-free. From planning through execution, everything was handled professionally. The staff were polite, supportive, and well coordinated, the food was delicious and appreciated by all our guests, and the elegant interiors and hall decoration were well maintained. We're genuinely grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this place.

The staff were friendly, and the food was good. I had a wonderful stay, although the Wi-Fi signal was poor and kept disconnecting.
