The front office staff were excellent. The women who checked us in were kind and helpful, and made us feel at home. The hotel is very nice, and housekeeping service was great too. Nisha was especially lovely and provided excellent service.

We only stayed one day, but really enjoyed it. They upgraded our room to a higher category even though we'd booked the base category. The welcome was lovely, and the girl greeting us applied some tilak. Great hospitality, best rates, great food, excellent service, and staff.

The staff really made this stay for me. Everyone was warm, attentive, and happy to help with anything, and it felt like they cared about getting the little things right. I also loved the food, full of flavor and presented beautifully, like it had been made by people who enjoy cooking. My room was spotless and cozy, and the whole place felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. I’d happily come back and recommend it to others.

The room was clean and a good size, but the service left me at three stars. Reception didn’t feel welcoming, and the staff’s manner seemed to change after they learned we’d booked through MakeMyTrip because it was cheaper than booking directly. We were charged 177 for about 100 ml of hot milk. That price is your choice, but serving it in a glass covered with foil felt like a roadside shop, not a 3- or 4-star hotel. We’d included dinner in the booking, but the set menu had very few options compared with the main menu, and the food had no taste. I’d skip the dinner package.
