The breakfast wasn’t fresh and tasted awful. Our room and the washroom were dirty and smelled bad. The hotel photos look like 3D pictures; in real life the place felt like a Bhoot bunglow. If you’re visiting Haridwar, don’t stay here. Better to pay 500₹ and stay in Dharmshala.

Ritu Ji, the manager, was very helpful and supportive, and made for a lovely experience. The rooms and facilities were decent, and the food was great. We had a wonderful stay.

The room is good value for money, and the staff are polite. The restaurant food is good too. If you need a bill, tell them beforehand. At checkout, the rate is different if you need a tax bill. You can go with this property.

There was a ground floor space to hang out, which made the stay feel wholesome, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms did feel a bit stuffy, but overall we had a good experience.
