Wowstayz Hotel Jahanvi Dale

The rooms were extremely dirty, and it looked like nobody had cleaned them in a long time. The sheets had already been used, there were cockroaches on the floor, and the bathroom slab was dirty. The shower often didn't work properly. The TV didn't work either. Three guys tried to recharge or switch it on, but none of them could, so we gave up. The replacement sheets had huge red stains. When we asked about them, a staff member said they were nail polish and the first sheet had been fine, so there was no need to change it. He argued for no reason, and the reception had no solution when we complained. Even the reception guy didn't smile when we arrived and acted arrogant, with no concern for guests. If you're thinking of staying here, I'd advise you to turn around. Sleeping on the road would still be better than this cheap, third-rate hotel.

Good room service, hygienic rooms and great amenities make this one of the best hotels there is. Their fridge sometimes doesn't work, though.

The location is the one good thing: it's near Kankhal and right on the highway, handy for a quick Asthi visarjan. The hotel is an old budget place with small rooms, plumbing that leaks and a TV that doesn't work. I reported the issues, but the staff did nothing.

We stayed for two days for my friend's wedding. The rooms were very spacious and the cleanliness was top notch. Across from the hotel there's a beautiful, less crowded Ganga ghaat, where you can bathe for an hour or more. The Ganga scenery is lovely too. Check this hotel out if you're staying in town.
