The rooms were decent and kept clean, but hot water only came in the mornings, and staff had to bring it to you. There’s no food after about 10 at night either. We had a baby with us and needed milk, but the hotel didn’t have any, so I had to go to a tea shop on the highway to buy some.

Once we arrived, they still had to clean the rooms, which took 20-30 minutes. The bathrooms weren’t clean either. We were told hot water would be ready after 6 AM, but when we asked in the morning, staff didn’t respond properly. One person went into another room and slept. After an hour and a half, they brought an electric heater, which took 15 minutes to warm the water, and even then it wasn’t properly hot. There were loud sounds all night, so we couldn’t sleep well. There’s also a bar below the hotel that wasn’t shown in the website pictures. The experience was pathetic, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family.

One of the worst hotels in Hassan. The rooms weren’t properly clean, there was no hot water, no towel, and no bath kit provided. We paid 1200 for the room and dealt with lots of mosquitoes. A waste of money. Please don’t choose Leela Paradise Hassan.

The location is good, but the rooms we got were in the 100 series, reached through narrow corridors that smelled strongly of cigarettes and drinks. The rooms are average, and the TV didn’t work. Service takes patience, with a very small staff and a broken intercom.
