The place itself was neat, but we were bothered more than twice about the car parking, which was a big problem. The drinking water wasn’t up to standard, so I’d suggest bringing Bisleri or something similar. Bath water was only mildly warm, and towels and soap weren’t provided until we asked. The staff didn’t seem to take responsibility, more like they expected us to leave the next day and kept quiet.

The food was good, but we had trouble with the staff at the restaurant. We’d order one thing and the supplier would bring something else, then argue with us. This was the second time we’d had an issue with this new supplier, so we decided not to return. I spoke to the manager today, but the supplier wouldn’t even listen to him. He wears spectacles and doesn’t wear a uniform.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and for one person the stay was comfortable and worth the money. But they’re really small for two people or a family. There’s barely room to move: if one person gets up, the other has to sit on the bed, and once you’re inside there’s little to do besides sleep.

The Gobi Manchurian was raw inside, and the rice was cold. We’d ordered it after they cut the cauliflower there, but the Gobi was so undercooked it was practically raw. They also served tandoori roti with South Indian meals. A disgusting, cringe-worthy meal. Strongly suggest skipping this food.

When I told the cashier about the meal, he irresponsibly said nothing could be done. The cream of tomato soup was stingy on the cream and tasted very bad, and the fried bread was burnt. The rice and fried rice were undercooked, while the rotis were low quality, made only with maida and rubbery within minutes. We’d ordered kaju masala, panner butter masala, cream of tomato soup, North Indian meals, and fried rice. Horrible food!!!
