Hotel Pioneer 2 By OYO Rooms

I had to find another hotel in the end, and I think that was the best decision. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s taught me not to book a hotel without seeing it in person. If I could give a negative eating, I would. I came with my mother, who needed rest after a recent fall and was having trouble walking. It was urgent for us to check in, but they still argued with us. The receptionist was extremely rude. This hotel seems to be only for couples, with policies and service aimed at them. The owner said the rooms are used by couples on an hourly basis and gave a vulgar example in front of my mother. They should show at least a little decency when speaking.

The apartment-style room felt spacious and homey, and I liked having a balcony off the living area. I also felt it was safe for a woman traveling alone or for a group of women. The staff were friendly and willing to help, though the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the complimentary breakfast mentioned wasn't provided during my stay. Still, it was a good stay for an affordable price.

I stayed for a week, and the rooms themselves were good. The breakfast was a different story: it was poor in both quantity and service, and it never arrived on time. The dishes were low quality, the portions small, and staff didn't refill the trays unless guests reminded them. They also served local water in empty branded bottles. The management seemed to show little concern for guests.

Getting around from here was difficult, and there was no room service or food service at all, not even tea. The kitchen had no utensils, and even water came at a charge. My room was small, poorly cleaned, and the bedsheets hadn't been changed; there were no toiletries either. The room standard was very low. The receptionist was always on her phone, and the staff showed little care or professionalism. I wouldn't recommend it.
