Banyan hotel and restro

People were drinking in the lobby, so this didn't feel suitable for a family visit. The hygiene was poor, there was no water in the bathroom and no power backup. We raised our concerns, but the manager seemed indifferent. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for family-friendly accommodation.

The atmosphere was unhygienic and low class. This was by far the most pathetic hotel and room, with terrible service. Even though rooms were available, they wouldn't allow an early check-in. The staff were uncooperative and didn't seem bothered by anything we said.

At first we ran into a few issues, but the owner resolved them. The room was spacious, service was good, and we got hot water on time. Complimentary paratha breakfast tasted good too. Street food, restaurants, and a shopping mall are close to the hotel. I enjoyed the stay 🙂

There isn't a restaurant in the hotel. If you want a meal, they seat you in a conference hall as if it were a langar. The toiletries were shabby, and the staff seemed inexperienced. Check your bill before paying because they try to overcharge. They don't provide tax invoices and try to charge tax, which you should argue about; I'm sure they won't charge you. If you go out the morning after checking in, they assume you're trying to run away and ask you to pay for the previous day before leaving. Very unprofessional and not recommended. Nobody should visit this hotel.
