Staff were excellent and helped make my stay comfortable. I booked on the way back from a bike trip to Rajasthan. The hotel feels luxurious and the rooms are good, though not quite five-star. It’s centrally located near several great eateries, and being allowed to bring in outside food is a plus. But it’s deep inside the city, unlike what I expected from the map, which made it seem nearer the highway. Parking is open, which felt risky for an expensive bike. I appreciated that the staff let me park inside the property. The banquet/party hall is right below the rooms, so music may be audible through your stay and can be disturbing. Breakfast choices were very limited for the room rates, and they should improve the spread. There were no non-veg items, not even eggs. It surprised me, since this was the first hotel I’d stayed at across India that didn’t offer eggs in the morning. I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

Mr. Vivek Tuteja, Deputy Sales Manager, deserves a special thanks. He was professional, dedicated, warm, and went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly and exceed our expectations. At Lemon Tree Hotel, Hisar, the food was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and outstanding in quality and taste. The courteous, attentive staff made sure everything was right throughout. A wonderful food service experience, highly recommended for excellent food and top-notch service. A well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service at Lemon Tree Hisar was a complete waste of time and money. An F&B associate named Nitesh Siwach gave us the worst service of our lives. He had no manners or skills, and seemed unable to write down basic details or even his own name correctly. He’s entirely unfit for hospitality. Lemon Tree management should fire him immediately and do the brand a favor. Avoid this place at all costs. I’m telling friends and family to stay far away.

The breakfast is fresh and tasty, with a good variety, and today’s Valentine’s decorations and special menu made the atmosphere lively and pleasant. We regularly hold our Friday BNI meetings at Lemon Tree Hotel Hisar. The staff are polite, supportive, and organized, so meetings run smoothly and without hassle. It’s a great spot for business meetings with good hospitality. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, and the staff were courteous and went out of their way to help. Check-in was quick and smooth. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had modern amenities, while breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.
