Imperium Resort

The food was very good, and the rooms were comfortable. Imperium Resorts is spacious, clean, and well maintained, with polite, responsive staff and ample parking. It has a great ambience and works well for family functions, weddings, or a peaceful stay. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hisar.

The wedding celebration was supposed to be a happy occasion, but rude, unprofessional conduct from senior staff badly affected it. They spoke loudly and in a threatening tone for no valid reason, making guests uncomfortable. The service was extremely poor, and the food disappointing. When I raised concerns, nobody took responsibility or offered a proper solution. This behavior from senior staff, especially GM and manager, is unacceptable at such an important event. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for events. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money.

The location, chefs, cleanliness, and ambience were good, and the staff were more or less alright. But the basics had a lot of flaws, and the top management’s attitude felt unethical and unprofessional. We were paying for four-star room service, yet the welcome, luggage handling on arrival, room facilities, AC, and room upkeep were poor. Staff were limited and couldn’t manage the large number of guests, so they weren’t there to welcome guests on time. Despite repeated requests, ACs didn’t work in rooms. We had to move our parents and grandparents between rooms in the middle of the night. Electricals and lockers also malfunctioned at the last minute, along with other small but important services. You can put up with a lot, but when you bring problems up over payment, top management pushes back with excuses like, “Oh, you should have called me directly, sir, I would have taken care of it then.” They make it seem like it’s our duty to tell them about every issue, rather than their moral and ethical duty to provide what we paid for. There was no consideration even when rooms went unused or the minimum guaranteed plates were 15-20 % unused. They seem interested in getting their money, not the trouble and harassment our near and dear ones go through. If you hire Imperium, be ready either to fight after seeing your daughter off or to pay and leave quietly. If you’re prepared for all that, go ahead. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Transport from the hotel into the city is very limited or unavailable, which is a significant inconvenience. The rooms themselves look newly refurbished and well maintained.
