Paradise by OYO Rooms

The room I got instead of the booked deluxe was dirty, smelled of cigarettes, and had a bathroom with a leak from the roof while it was raining. I had to ask staff to change the sheets and pillow covers. They said the deluxe room was under construction and that the amount I'd paid only covered a normal room, even though I booked the deluxe through the oyo app. They wanted payment before check-in and argued when I paid online, saying they only accepted cash. Staff were rude about my booking, and noise from the nearby party hall disturbed the room. I regret staying here and wouldn't return.

The rooms were smelly and filthy. Staff also keep your original ID card along with an advance payment until checkout. That's a very strange and unreasonable practice. I wouldn't go there again.

The rooms stink, and the toilets are unhygienic. The TV and room telephone didn't work. Since it's next to a bar, I wouldn't recommend staying here with family.

It's a hotel with a bar, and the bar is good. But people in the adjoining rooms may make noise after getting drunk, which can disturb you in your room.
