Foreign visitors should be aware that this hotel doesn't accept non-Indian guests. If you've already booked and paid online, getting a refund can be difficult.

We booked two rooms, and the taps in both bathrooms had a very weak flow, which caused us a lot of trouble. When we told the helper, they said that's just how it is.

The rooms were okay, but the sheets could have been cleaner.

The rooms were in awful shape, with pan stains and webs. I've included pictures. There was no parking either. We'd asked for one A/C room and one Non-A/C room. Ismail (smell) confirmed it by phone, then refused to provide that arrangement when we arrived. Even though the rooms had A/C units, he didn't turn them on. The so-called manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, spoke with his mouth full of pan, and had no idea how to talk to customers. Worst lodge experience I've had.

The pillows and bedsheets were dirty, and the rooms had no proper ventilation. You can't open the window because it faces a duct and has no net. Every room has the same problem, and a non-AC room is very hard to stay in. Hot water is only available in the morning.
